- Chin Yeh Fried Gluten: 1 can
- Napa cabbage: 2 pcs
- Mushrooms: Appropriate amount
- Red chili: 2 pcs
- Cut the Napa cabbage into four and chop some shiitake mushrooms into cubes.
- Stir-fry the cabbage with white sesame oil for 5 minutes.
- Add Chin Yeh Fried Gluten and the rest of the ingredients, and cook them for another 2 minutes.
- Add proper amount of soy sauce, MSG and pepper for seasoning.
- Put them into a pot and stew it with low fire for 20 minutes.
