Braised Water Bamboo With Gluten
  • Chin Yeh Fried Gluten: 1 can
  • Water Bamboo: 3 piece
  • Carrot: 1 piece
  1. Peel, clean, and chop the water bamboo.
  2. Wash, peel, and slice the carrot.
  3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a pan, add water bamboo and carrot, and lightly stir-fry.
  4. Add some water and cook over medium flame.
  5. Add seasoning (1 teaspoon of salt).
  6. Add gluten and boil until cooked.
