- Chin Yeh Fried Gluten: 1/4 can
- Tofu: 3 pcs
- Bamboo shoot: 1 piece
- Green chili: Appropriate amount
- Cut the tofu into pieces, and fry them with oil.
- Slice the bamboo shoots.
- Stir-fry all the ingredients with white sesame oil for 2 minutes.
- Add Chin Yeh Fried Gluten and stir-fry with a proper amount of soy sauce.
