Stir Fried Rice Noodles
  • Rice Noodles: 1 pack
  • Chin Yeh Fried Gluten: 1/2 can
  • Mushrooms: Appropriate amount
  • Jew’s ear: Appropriate amount
  • Celery: Appropriate amount
  • Cabbage: Appropriate amount
  1. Shred the ingredients and stir-fry them with white sesame oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add proper amount of water and soy sauce.
  3. Add the rice noodles, and cook for 5 minutes with the lid covered on the pan.
  4. Add Chin Yeh Fried Gluten and stir-fry with a proper amount of MSG, and it’s done.
