- Rice Noodles: 1 pack
- Chin Yeh Fried Gluten: 1/2 can
- Mushrooms: Appropriate amount
- Jew’s ear: Appropriate amount
- Celery: Appropriate amount
- Cabbage: Appropriate amount
- Shred the ingredients and stir-fry them with white sesame oil for 3 minutes.
- Add proper amount of water and soy sauce.
- Add the rice noodles, and cook for 5 minutes with the lid covered on the pan.
